At FitMyFoot, we want every purchase to be a positive experience. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of your order<\/strong>. <\/p>

Order cancellation<\/h2>

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel it and receive a full refund, including any shipping costs.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to make the purchase. The crediting time depends on your bank or card issuer. <\/p>

Damaged or incorrect products<\/h2>

Did you receive a defective, broken, or different item than what you ordered? No problem: contact us within 14 days of ordering, indicating: <\/p>
